We would like to inform you that due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are currently unable to work as normal following the latest guidelines just released on the 26th March.
You may be all aware of the government enforcement of social distancing and restricting unnecessary travel.
This is a not a decision we have taken lightly but we feel it is our responsibility to protect you, our valued patients, our team and our families.
At present we can only maintain a telephone/ email service for advice. We are only able to deal with the most Urgent of Emergencies by using telephone to triage them before being able to refer them to appropriate treatment centres being set up in the local area.
THIS AFFECTS ALL DENTAL PRACTICES.
An emergency is classed as:
Severe dental /facial pain that cannot be controlled by painkillers
Facial / mouth swelling
Trauma or uncontrolled bleeding
If you have any of the above symptoms, please call or email where a member of our team can provide advice or if necessary, arrange an emergency appointment.
PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE PRACTICE UNANNOUNCED
We regret to inform that we cannot see you. For those patients who are undergoing any treatment we can reassure that this unfortunate delay will not detriment your outcome. You will be receiving emails or phone calls to postpone treatments so please bear with us. We are sorry for any inconvenience. We assure you we will do our best in this unprecedented situation. For further dental advice please check the advice sheet on our website LINK
As soon as we are informed of any guideline changes, we will inform you. Updates will be published on our Website and Facebook.
Thank you for all your support in these uncertain times.
Keep well and stay safe and we hope to see you all soon.
