Further to our last update I am pleased to announce that we will be re opening to see you for treatments on the 17th of June. Our team will be calling each and everyone of you from the 10th of June to get you booked in appropriately.
Our new Protocols and Operating procedures are in place for additional PPE required and new social distancing measures. Our priority for patients and staff has always been and always will be that of safety. This will mean that the patient journey will change - For more information on this please read over our patient journey infographic.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions in place, we are only able to run a skeleton team initially because of the need to ensure social distancing of patients and team members as much as possible. There are also recommendations about the number of patients we can see for what is termed ‘Aerosol Generating Procedures’ (like preparing teeth for fillings, or even using the water/air spray to dry a tooth). I want to take this opportunity now to reassure all our patients that Aerosols are not necessarily the huge problem that the press are making of it, but are just part of the bigger picture we now have to consider when we reopen, at least for a period of time over the next weeks and months. We will of course be taking all the precautions needed to ensure your safety as well as ours, and it is because of this initial change that we will not be able to see anywhere near the number of patients per day initially.
Please connect to our website, Facebook and Instagram to stay updated and to keep in touch.
Once again, thank you for your continued support during our enforced closure. We will see you all soon over the next few weeks.
Please stay safe and keep well.
